MLEDC has been incorporated in Connecticut for 03 years, from 1986-20169.
We were an environmental engineering firm that builds residential home sites and subdivisions
on large acreage lots throughout Litchfield County.
Our first project was the 19 lot subdivision Mountain Laurel Estates in New Fairfield, CT.
Our first project in the Town of Litchfield was in 1998 at Donohue Road Ext.
Our last two lots at Flirtation Avenue in New Preston.

From here the future house can overlook the Housatonic River.

Supreme Industries cleared our building sites during the winter (March, 2007).
Wood chips and mulch were recycled in these 90 yard tractor trailer trucks to New England Bark Mulch.
Dozer and Excavator bring stumps to portable grinder. (This house site will have fantastic views.)
Grinder is remote controlled by Allen.

Another recent project was Penfield Drive in the Northfield section of Litchfield.
The image below shows us paving the cul-de-sac turnaround to service 6 new home sites.
As a licensed professional civil engineer, Peter designs drainage, septic systems and
road alignments, and then builds them out for sale to home builders and families
wishing to build single family residences for themselves. Mary coordinates sales.
Peter is a licensed septic installer, placing infiltrator chambers as shown below.
